Entries are being accepted for the DRF/NTRA NHC Tour Handicapping Tournament to be held at Oaklawn on Saturday-Sunday, June 14-15.

The top three finishers will earn a trip to Las Vegas in January, 2009, to compete in the DRF/NTRA National Handicapping Championships.

"Our tournament will be open to 225 players," noted Oaklawn spokesman Jason Milligan. "The entry fee will be $350, of which $120 will cover the player's tournament bankroll."

Rules for the tournament will mirror those of the National Tournament in January 2009 other than this is a live money tournament and mutuel payoffs will not be capped.  Each player will make 15 wagers per day with each wager being $2 win/place on the same horse.  Entrants must be at least 21 years old to participate.

The prize money breakdown for the event will be awarded for the following placings:

• 4^th Place Overall -                           $ 1,500
